INCONTINENCE
There are many different types of incontinence and it affects everyone in different ways. While it is extremely common, it does not have to be endured. Figures suggest 1 in 3 women suffer from incontinence at one point in their lives, however, this number is thought to be closer to 1 in 2 given the number of women who do not seek help.
But you do not have to suffer in silence.
