We want you to leave Fox Physiotherapy after your first visit with a clear picture of what your problem is, how we can help you, more importantly how you can help yourself, and how long it will take to get you back to the life you want to lead and the activities you love.
To help us prepare for your visit, we will send you your pre consultation questionnaire, giving us a thorough background of your story.
We will listen to your story, a thorough physical examination will be carried out to assess your problem further.
We will then discuss with you your current problem, and devise a plan to get you back to the things you love to do without pain or restriction.
A personalised exercise plan to help you progress between sessions will be demonstrated, practiced and reviewed.
Advise, tips and education as to whether your activities and hobbies should be altered for now will be discussed along with a committed time frame to help solve your problem.
A referral is not required but we are happy to discuss your progress with your GP or Consultant.
Please bring a list of any current medications and any scan results eg. Mri with you to your first appointment.
