Our Team

Brian Fox
Brian loves to help people get back moving well, feeling well and back to the things they love to do.

After graduating from Trinity College Dublin in 2005 and was employed by the HSE for a number of years gaining valuable experience before embarking on a physiotherapy masters program in Kings College London in 2008.
Brian has worked exclusively in private practice and high level sport since graduating from the masters program 10 years ago.
Establishing Fox Physiotherapy in 2010 at Blackrock Hall Medical Centre the practice has thrived and progressed to a larger premises at the Kinsale road roundabout.
Brian’s main clinical interests are dealing with people struggling with headaches, low back pain, sports injuries and pediatric ‘growing pains’.
Brian was a keen sportsperson and understands how it feels to be missing out on the things you love to do.
Complete care drives all levels of how Brian and his colleagues practice ensuring every plan of care is focused to your needs and goals. Getting you back to your life again without worry or restrictions.

Dani Malone
Dani Graduated from the University of Limerick in 2016 after which she moved to Singapore for 2 and a half years. Here she worked as a physiotherapist in an Acute General Hospital where she gained valuable experience in acute respiratory and orthopedic care, musculoskeletal disorders, sporting injuries and geriatric rehabilitation.

She returned to Ireland and joined the team here at Fox Physiotherapy in July of 2019. She has pursued her interest in Women’s Health since returning to Ireland and now helps women do what they love comfortably and confidently. She also has a keen interest in sport, playing different sports throughout the years, and so also enjoys working with the sporting population.

Outside of work Dani enjoys keeping fit and active, doing yoga, going to the gym and running.

Liza de Abreu

Liza is a practice manager here at Fox Physiotherapy. For many years she worked in the spa beauty industry where she worked her way up from a therapist to a managerial position, but always in a client care role. Having worked on cruise liners her career took her all over the world, however with one visit to Ireland she was hooked and hasn’t looked back since, this was 12 years ago.

She loves working with people and being of service. Her role in the practice is not only to manage the day-to-day running of the clinic and anything behind this the scenes, but most importantly she is there to help you, whether it be a general enquiry or to make a booking or maybe you just need a little bit of guidance.

Brian graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2018 with an honours degree in Physiotherapy. He completed his studies as a mature student, having previously graduated from U.C.C with a degree in Architecture.

He has worked in private practice in Cork since graduating and has gained valuable experience with a wide variety of conditions. Alongside working in private practice Brian was involved with a variety of top level sports teams including rugby, GAA and cycling.

Brian is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys using his strength and conditioning qualifications in treating sports injuries, amongst many other conditions. His clinical interests extend beyond sports injuries however and he has a special interest in tendinopathies, chronic pain and shoulder rehabilitation.

Margaret has been welcoming clients to Fox Physiotherapy since July 2018 and is on hand with a friendly smile and a welcoming chat to assist you with any queries and to book an appointment with our excellent team.
